This student’s work draws on her personal life experience with a younger sister who has had health concerns since birth, and needs much attention and care. The student's work begins with large imagery of angels referencing the history of Christian cultures, and focuses on the figure of the angel as a guardian of children. The child-like drawings in the work are made by the young sister who is unaware of drawing on the older sister's work. |
